Finance professional ice cream equipment — flexibly, predictably and to suit your business

A high-quality ice cream machine, soft serve machine, display cabinet or complete setup for your ice cream parlour is an important investment in your business's future. It does not always have to be paid for entirely from your own funds upfront. Together with our long-standing financing partners, we find a solution that suits your business, cash flow and tax circumstances.

Whether you are opening a new ice cream parlour, modernising your business, adding a soft serve machine or expanding into açaí, frozen yogurt, milkshakes or matcha soft serve, well-planned financing gives you professional equipment at predictable monthly payments while preserving cash flow.

Why finance ice cream equipment instead of buying outright?

Cash flow is an important factor in success. Beyond the machine itself, businesses generally need ingredients, accessories, marketing, furnishings, staff and funds for running costs. Financing can help spread these investments.

Instead of paying the full price of an ice cream or soft serve machine immediately, you can plan around fixed monthly payments. This provides certainty and lets you launch your new concept sooner. A professionally selected machine can pay for itself quickly, particularly with strong-selling products such as soft serve, frozen yogurt, açaí bowls and milkshakes.

Leasing — preserve cash flow and benefit from tax advantages

With leasing, you use your ice cream equipment for a fixed monthly payment while economic ownership initially remains with the leasing company. This offers concrete benefits:

Tax-deductible: lease payments count as business expenses and reduce taxable profit

Off-balance-sheet treatment: the leased asset does not appear on your balance sheet, leaving your equity ratio unaffected

Low initial investment: preserve cash flow for purchasing stock, staffing or marketing

Planning certainty: fixed monthly payments throughout the term

Flexible agreements: at the end of the term, you can acquire the machine at its residual value, return it or continue leasing

Leasing is particularly suitable for businesses that value transparent costs and want to preserve their credit standing with banks.

Hire purchase — step by step towards owning your equipment

With hire purchase, you pay for your equipment in monthly instalments and become its economic owner from the outset. This fundamentally distinguishes hire purchase from leasing:

Immediate economic ownership: the machine is recognised and capitalised on your balance sheet from the start of the contract

Automatic transfer of title: after the final instalment, the equipment belongs entirely to you

Tax depreciation available: special depreciation allowances can reduce your tax burden

Choice of term: determine the pace and amount of payments; a deposit can also reduce instalments

Preserve cash flow: secure ownership of modern equipment without a large one-off payment

Hire purchase is the right choice if you want to own your ice cream equipment in the long term and use available tax planning options.

Personal advice and calculations

Our financing experts work with you to find the best solution for your business.

In a personal consultation, we:

Analyse your individual financing needs
Calculate expected instalments
Prepare tailored offers
Consider your tax situation

Every business is different, so we tailor financing to your needs. A small café has different requirements from a large ice cream parlour or food truck, and a founder has different questions from an established foodservice business.

On request, you can view machines in our showroom, discuss different concepts and get advice on output, cleaning, operation, ingredients and possible uses.

An expert partner at your side

As a full-service supplier with over 35 years of industry experience and more than 1,200 completed ice cream parlour projects, we work closely with a leasing partner. This long-standing cooperation allows us to offer attractive terms, transparent contracts and a professional, straightforward process.

Frequently asked questions

I have only just started my business. Is financing still possible?

A registered business and sufficient creditworthiness are generally required. We work closely with our financing partner and can make entry into the ice cream industry easier for start-ups through special terms, even without years of trading history.

Does Eistechnikcenter offer machines for rental?

No. We currently do not offer conventional machine rental. Our solutions focus on financing, leasing and hire purchase for commercial customers.

Is hire purchase better than leasing?

That depends on your goals. Hire purchase may be worthwhile if you want to own the machine in the long term. Leasing may be attractive if you prefer predictable use with fixed payments. Always discuss the tax treatment with your tax adviser.

Can a used ice cream machine also be financed?

In most cases, financing is also available for used ice cream equipment. Please contact us.
