Compact dimensions, maximum profit
Our self-service soft serve machine needs a footprint of just 50 cm wide and 72 cm deep and lets customers choose from different sauces. This fully automated system allows you to sell soft serve around the clock. Ideal for busy locations such as petrol stations, shopping centres and leisure parks.

The self-service machine has an integrated pasteuriser to ensure high product quality. A full clean is required only once a month because the ice cream mix is automatically pasteurised every night. An optional side cabinet with cup and spoon dispensers is available (W/D/H: 40 × 72 × 147 cm).

Soft serve can generate very high margins. One litre of ready-made soft serve mix costs €3.90 and produces around 16 portions. The ingredient cost per ice cream is therefore only about €0.25, plus approximately €0.08 for the cup and spoon.
