Carpigiani 193 Steel

Matcha and vanilla — separately or as a swirl

Give your customers a choice: matcha soft serve, a second suitable flavour or a combination of both. The 193 Steel has two separate cylinders in a countertop unit. With suitable recipes, you can combine matcha's delicate bitterness with vanilla, for example. The middle outlet combines both flavours; it is not a third cylinder.

Calculate your matcha offering ↓
01

Adjust two products separately

Independent cylinders allow different consistencies to be processed, so the second flavour does not need to follow the first flavour's settings.

02

Three dispensing options

The left and right outlets each dispense one flavour; the middle combines both. This combination is not a third, separately produced flavour.

03

Adapt operation to demand

The optional winter dispensing unit can block the middle outlet so one side can be used separately. This equipment must be specifically selected.

Example values & calculation method

Monthly volume = portions per day × trading days. Net sales = monthly volume × gross price ÷ (1 + VAT/100). Mix, toppings and packaging are deducted. The remaining contribution is before staffing, leasing, other operating expenses and income taxes. The tax rate is adjustable; only displayed results are rounded.

Mix feed systems and options explained

In the gravity version, mix flows through a metering device from the hopper into the freezing cylinder. In the pump version, a pump feeds mix into the cylinder and the air incorporation can be adjusted. Overrun is the increase in product volume caused by incorporated air. The appropriate setting depends on the mix and desired texture.

Choose your equipment

For the 193, the brochure lists options including a winter dispensing unit and a pump/gravity kit for certain pump models with a POM beater. Self-pasteurisation, Teorema and special nozzles are offered separately depending on configuration.

Hourly output figures are manufacturer values for 75 g portions, not numbers of finished matcha portions. The recipe, beater, portion size and room temperature affect dispensing. Dimensions include the protruding dispensing area; additional ventilation and operating clearances are required. Rated power is the connection rating, not measured hourly consumption. Manufacturer brochure: 01/2023. Actual equipment and scope of delivery are specified in the quote.

We work with you to select a suitable mix, machine settings and portion size. Pure matcha powder does not replace a complete soft serve mix.

Daily sales figures are illustrative scenarios, not forecasts or machine output specifications. Contribution after ingredient costs is before staffing, leasing, other operating expenses and income taxes. Costs for the base, toppings and packaging are adjustable examples.

Example values & calculation method

€4.90 gross per portion, 26 trading days, €0.85 matcha soft serve mix, €0.30 toppings and €0.25 cone / cup with accessories, all costs net. These are chosen example values, not German averages or binding purchase prices.

TURN YOUR IDEA INTO A MENU

Prepare your matcha. Dispense it creamy. Add your toppings.

01 · The right mix

Use a matcha soft serve mix suitable for your machine and recipe. Pure matcha powder is not a complete soft serve mix. We clarify dosage, preparation and the desired consistency.

02 · Create your offering

Plain, with strawberries or sesame: define portion sizes and topping quantities. Machines with two cylinders can also offer a second suitable flavour.

03 · Plan your sales

Your team portions the product, adds toppings and takes payment. The calculator shows contribution after ingredient costs; staffing and operating expenses must also be accounted for.
