Dismantling and initial assessment

Our workshop process starts with assessment and dismantling. Rust spots are visible on the exposed frame in the first photograph. Inspection of the individual machine determines which further work is appropriate.
Refurbishing the frame
The next image shows the refurbished frame with its white paint finish. Our workshop process includes cleaning the frame and components and refurbishing them according to their condition. The photograph records this visible stage of the work.
Rebuilding the machine step by step
Installation of the refrigeration components begins inside the painted frame. Further images in the series show pipework, the drive, freezing cylinder, front, controls and electrical components during assembly. They illustrate how the different assemblies come together.
Reassembly and checks
The fourth image shows the reassembled Labotronic. Our workshop process includes a function check before the machine is returned. The scope of work and any component replacement are agreed according to its condition and diagnosis.

Preparing a service request
