Which slush machine suits your business?
5, 10 or 12 litres per bowl?
Choose according to flavour count, actual sales and available counter space. Smaller bowls can help product turnover when demand is lower. Bowl capacity is not an hourly production figure.
Two flavours in a 40 cm-wide machine: Granismart or Granibeach?
Both models have the same width. The Granibeach offers twice the bowl capacity, but needs 12 cm more depth and 16 cm more height:
- Granismart GSM 2: 2 × 5 litres; 40 × 40 × 63 cm (W × D × H); manufacturer-listed weight 33 kg.
- Granibeach GB 2: 2 × 10 litres; 40 × 52 × 79 cm (W × D × H); manufacturer-listed weight 48 kg.
Consider the Granismart for a shallower counter and smaller quantities per flavour. Compare the Granibeach if you need more product in each bowl. Also allow the clearances specified in the operating manual and room for filling and cleaning. The counter must support the product as well as the machine. Twice the bowl capacity does not guarantee twice the hourly output.

Are slush machines also soft serve machines?
Slush machines are designed for frozen drinks and the applications specified by the manufacturer. For conventional soft serve, choose a suitable soft serve machine. We help match equipment and recipes to your concept.
