This base is designed for direct processing in suitable açaí and soft-serve machines. It helps serve creamy açaí bowls consistently and makes them easy to finish with granola, fruit, coconut or other toppings.
Sales unit
One case contains 8 tins of 1.5 kg, 12 kg in total. Order quantity 1 equals one complete case. Individual tins are not sold.
Preparation per 1.5 kg tin
- At approx. −11 to −12 °C: mix 1,500 g of base with 2,300 g of water.
- At approx. −13 to −14 °C: mix 1,500 g of base with 2,150 g of water.
- Leave the prepared mix to rest for 20 minutes, then process it in a suitable machine.
