PreGel Centorighe chocolate – chocolate sauce for soft serve
This dark, glossy sauce offers the intense flavour of fine chocolate, adding both visual appeal and flavour to any soft serve.
Centorighe chocolate is the ideal addition to soft serve machines with an integrated topping system, such as the Carpigiani Rainbow and the Carpigiani 241 Magica self-service soft serve machines. The sauce is easy to portion and gives consistent, appetising results with every dispense, even during fully automatic, unattended operation.
Ingredients: Sugar syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, low-fat cocoa powder, flavourings, thickeners: agar-agar, pectin, guar gum, acid: citric acid, salt, emulsifier: lecithin
Gluten-free, vegan and palm-oil-free
Storage at 15–20 °C in a cool, dry place
