Anona White Cream Eisfix Premium is a powder mix for preparing the White Cream variety in a professional soft serve machine. It is intended for ice cream shops, cafés and catering businesses that want to add this variety to their menu.

Preparation and use
Mix 1,500 g of powder (one bag) with 3,000 ml of cold drinking water. Leave to mature for 10 minutes, then stir briefly before freezing the mix in the ice cream machine. Follow your machine's operating instructions.
Prepare the mix with clean utensils and use it in accordance with your machine's operating instructions. Serving yield depends on the portion size and actual production losses.

What does one serving cost?
