PreGel Ciocco Soft is a powder mix for preparing chocolate soft serve in professional ice cream and catering businesses. The 1.6 kg bag lets you prepare a measured batch for your production needs.
Preparation
Add the contents of one bag (1.6 kg) to 4 litres of water. Mix thoroughly with a whisk and pour into the soft serve machine.
Mix thoroughly with clean utensils, then process in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the operating instructions for your ice cream machine.
Serving and product information
Serving suggestion: offer the finished ice cream in a cone or cup, with an optional dessert sauce or topping. These additions are not included.

Contains milk, including lactose. May contain traces of soya.

Store in the sealed original packaging in a cool, dry place at 15–20 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 65%. See the packaging for the best-before date.
