Easy preparation in 5 steps

1. Add 1 kg of powder to a bucket containing 3.0 litres of drinking water.
2. Mix vigorously with a whisk.
3. Leave to hydrate for 10 minutes.
4. Stir again.
5. Pour into the soft serve machine and process into creamy soft serve.
