Ingredient and packaging costs according to the supplied example brochure: ice cream mix approx. 26.1091 cents per serving, cup 6 cents, spoon 4 cents (net). The mix price is derived from rounded monthly figures. At 50, 100 and 200 servings daily, monthly mix costs are €391.64, €783.27 and €1,566.55 respectively, matching the source example (30 days).
As in the brochure, the net selling price is rounded to cents per serving: €3.00 gross gives €2.80 net at an assumed 7% VAT. This rounded price is multiplied by the number of servings sold. Ice cream mix, cups and spoons are calculated monthly and each rounded to cents. The remaining return is before staff, leasing and other operating costs, and income taxes. Sales volumes and recipes may vary; these figures are a calculation example.
