Carpigiani XVL 1 Steel
Product benefits:
One flavour. Plenty of sales possibilities.
The XVL 1 Steel is a freestanding solution for a focused soft serve range. It combines a 13-litre tank with different feed and beater options.
Your recipe at the centre
Electronic consistency control supports soft serve, sorbet and frozen yogurt with a suitable mix. Toppings turn one base flavour into a varied range.
Output depends on the version
Pump and gravity versions differ in overrun and hourly output. The chosen beater also affects capacity.
Staff-operated sales
Your team dispenses the serving, provides a cup or cone and takes payment through the existing till. Include staff time in your calculation.
Optional self-pasteurisation
Suitable SP equipment is optional. Cleaning procedures and intervals depend on the version actually ordered. Daily care and cleaning remain part of your operating routine.
